Red Snapper Fillet in Green Sauce
Blend the following ingredients:
Fresh parsley
Garlic
Basil
Thyme
Cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes
Salt
Black pepper
Olive Oil
Worcestershire sauce
Pour over fillets, bake at 400F for 12-15 minutes depending on thickness of fish.
